The 4.0 Litre Cylinder Block machining equipment was purchased from: Excel Corporation for floor standing, conveyor automation; Ingersoll Production Systems Corp., and Mu for machining operations; Hansford Manufacturing and Centri-Spray/Ingersoll Rand for assembly and wash operations.

face. Finish Mill lock notches, bulkhead faces, lug F-18
and lug F-19. Rough Bore and Bottom Chamfer cylinder bores.

holes. Drill oil gallery hole thru (8 passes). Finish Bore rear
face cup plug hole.

20 Finish Bore cam bores (in iron), oil seal groove and oil slinger
groove. Finish Face thrust faces. Semi-Finish Ream
transmission dowel holes and crank bores. Gage cam bores.
Install cam bearings.
