with Low-Pressure Aluminium Die-Casting Line for DOHC-Cylinder Head
Year of Manufacture of all Machinery and Equipment: 1997
Engine Line (cycle time: 1 minute),
consisting of:
a) 6 machining lines with ca. 120 units for the following components:
- crankshaft: NAXOS-UNION, HEGENSCHEIDT, DEAWOO, KOMATSU, etc.
- camshaft: DEAWOO, TOYODA, SCHAUDT, NTC, AEG, etc.
- cylinder block / bearing cap: DEAWOO, TOSHIBA, NAGEL, HOFFMANN,
etc.
- cylinder head: NTC, CORETEC, KITO,etc.
- con rod: TOYO, CORETEC, NAGEL, etc.
b) assembly line with ca. 35 SAM HO, DAE DONG, etc. assembly-stations
and conveyor system
c) 18 FLOTEC engine-teststands with conveyor system
d) Low-Pressure die-casting line (Capacity: 5.550 tons/year) consisting
of 8 die-casting units, 7 core blowers, 2 melting + holding furnaces,
12-station cylinder head pre-machining, leak testing stand, core drying
furnaces, sandblast unit, etc.
