• In machining operations, grinding, drilling, and boring operations it will
• handle up to three machines in simultaneous operation if they are closely
• grouped.
• This combination Chip-Mist Collector is designed for use in machining,
• drifting, boring, screw machining, and grinding operations where there are
• quantities of solid materials mixed with coolants, where a mist collector can
• not operate efficiently.
• In operation, mist, mixed with chips or moisture laden particles, is sucked
• into the Dustkop where the solids are separated from the airstream and then
• deposited into a 55 gallon drum. From the Dustkop clean air is forced upward
• into the Aget Mist Filter where the moister is separated from the air and the
• residual is carried by a tube into a container or one of the sumps of the
• equipment.
• This combination unit is designed for those operations where chips covered
• with oil, wet dust, and other particles of this type are created and are an
• air contaminate.
• Salvage of waste materials is possible when they are of value, in a 55 gallon
• drum which is a standard container and can be replaced at a small cost.
