ABS Assembly Lines
- (2) 53 Operation Xigent ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) Brake Module Assembly Lines: Each line performs various tasks related to the assembly of the ABS system. It utilizes Omron/Adept robotic arms, conveyors, and automated systems to pick and place the various components of the ABS module, such as sensors, valves, and control units, into appropriate assembly positions. It includes automated systems for pressing, screwing, crimping, and clamping different parts together. There are integrated stations to test for adherence to critical characteristics of the module and components incorporating automated test systems to ensure that each module meets the required standards.
