EQUIPPED WITH:
- DOUBLE ACTION CLEANING
- Magnetized particles form a perpendicular or fan shape pattern on the surface
- of the drum which acts to "comb out" any free abrasive or other materials as
- the drum rotates, resulting in a double cleaning action.
- LARGE CONTACT AREA
- Barnesdril Magnetic Coolant Separator provides approximately 275 square inches
- of magnetic drum surface in contact with the loaded coolant at all times. This
- contact area is provided for a total flow distance of 27 1/2" through the
- highly concentrated magnetic field, in 20 GPM size.
- RAPID SEPARATION
- Coolant is processed rapidly, flowing through the Separator by gravity, for
- effective circulation at all times. No additional coolant supply is required
- to compensate for the cleaning operation.
- SQUEEGEE-ACTION FOR SEMI-DRY SWARF
- As sludge is scraped off drum for discharge into sludge pan, a tension
- adjusted neoprene or brass roller squeezes the swarf into a semi-dry state for
- easier handling. This feature also reclaims a substantial volume of coolant
- which might otherwise be lost.
